Rebecca Samuels, Owner –
Rebecca Samuels is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and an Enrolled Agent (EA) located in the Washington DC area with strong Connecticut ties. She has worked in the Accounting and Finance industry since 2000, with humble beginnings as a teller for two regional banks, as a cashier and back office accountant for a major grocery store, and even a sports bookie for a major betting company. Over the course of her career, she has managed, accounted for, and secured hundreds of thousands of dollars for employers and clients alike.
Rebecca graduated with her Masters of Science in Accounting in 2015 and has undergraduate degrees in Accounting and Criminology. She earned her CPA license in 2016, her EA in 2017, and is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
Rebecca is also a Army Reserve veteran and holds a current government clearance to provide freelance auditing services for government auditing contractors.
In the last 15 years, Rebecca’s career bloomed in the financial services field and she has held various positions providing financial consulting for and auditing the federal government, as well as providing accounting and tax services for individual and private businesses. Her past and current clients consist of government contractors, a flower shop owner, an audiology practice, real estate investors, a non profit organization, and entrepreneurs starting their businesses.
Having the expertise of both an auditor and an accountant, Rebecca brings a unique understanding to her clients. She is able to approach each concern with care, maintaining an inside and outside point of view to protect clients. Her financial management advice will have clients financially prepared to take their personal or business affairs to the next level.
